Ana is amazing and went above and beyond to help me correct my posture and weak muscles. She gave me a personalised and detailed exercise plan to follow, and on several occasions she messaged me via text to check how I was progressing and whether I had any issues or questions.10/10. I highly recommend. If I have any posture issues in future that require physiotherapy, I will definitely visit the Alignment Studio again. Thank you Ana!

Doris is really helpful. I’m a plumber and I have had injuries to deal with. When I have been unable to move fully due to an injury, Doris has been able to get my body moving again so I can work immediately.

Stumbled upon The Alignment Studio when I was searching for a physiotherapist to help me with plantar fasciitis that I've been struggling with for a long time. It's been such a fabulous experience here - with Nursah's skills, knowledge, and ability to explain exercise methodology using simple, easy-to-follow examples, this has been a very rewarding investment in my health. She's also one who has gone out of her way to seek supervisory support and peer guidance on certain aspects of my treatment and I'm very grateful. Shoutout to Erin (at the reception) as well - she's been so helpful with booking, rescheduling, and cancelling of appointments without any issues!
