Another great consultation with April after I developed some knee soreness over the past month. April has such a methodical approach to her practice. She doesn't rush, and really takes the time to understand the issue at hand and practical steps to take to address it!

April is friendly and very knowledgeable.
I really like that she measures my progress each session, which helps me feel that I’m improving over time.
She also explains which targeted muscles I need to strengthen and gives me clear direction for each exercise. Highly recommend her!
