My partner and I went for couples counselling because communication had completely broken down. our sessions were structured and fair, not one-sided. We learned techniques to manage conflict and rebuild respect. It wasn’t easy, but we’re in a much better place now. The counsellor was professional and really knew how to guide us without pushing.

Toby has been able to implement more positive change within the last few months with our family than any other therapist in the last 3 years. He has helped us understand our son, his behaviours and triggers, and put in strategies for us to have a calm family. I am grateful that Toby is determined and didn’t put our family in the too hard basket. We see small incremental changes weekly so it is a relief to know that we CAN make positive change. Toby has taught us so much about behaviours, implemented strategies for heightened moments and also taught us about the importance of love languages. Toby is easy going and takes the time to connect with all the family members in the house, taking a holistic view of the therapy He looks at how can he help not only our son who is on NDIS, but our whole family. I cannot recommend Toby enough and would recommend him with anyone with neuro diverse families.
