I started my physio sessions with Jen 2.5 months ago.
I had a hip and pelvic pain that really messed up my life quality.
Jen was empathetic, kind and most importantly - professional.
She was patient, answered all my questions and adjusted everything with my current situation and needs.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am that after only 2.5 months I'm at a better place that I was before the pain started. And I could never do it by myself.

Jordan at Primal physio has been a great physio! He’s super thorough in assessments and explains the reason behind everything he does which I appreciate. All the exercises he’s given have resulted in noticeable positive differences as well
