Polly at Performance Medicine is by far the most knowledgeable and effective Physio I’ve ever met. I really appreciate knowing the ‘why’ behind my issues and she is always willing to take the time to explain things to me. Her treatment is extremely through, I don’t feel like the rushes past anything tricky. I feel immediate improvement in my exercise performance and overall wellness after my appointments.
