Polly at Performance Medicine is by far the most knowledgeable and effective Physio I’ve ever met. I really appreciate knowing the ‘why’ behind my issues and she is always willing to take the time to explain things to me. Her treatment is extremely through, I don’t feel like the rushes past anything tricky. I feel immediate improvement in my exercise performance and overall wellness after my appointments. I have been attending performance medicine since 2018 after recognizing a stress injury in my shoulder. Performance medicine was recommended to me specifically because of my dance background and their specialization in working with those in Performing Arts. Despite the fact that it takes me an hour to get there these days it’s worth it because every single team member who has supported me including the beautiful reception staff have been consistently kind, helpful and respectful. The environment is welcoming, safe and inclusive which is so important and makes a difference to anyone specifically needing a safe space and safe people. Shoutout to Luca for being both brilliant at his job, and being such a funny and relatable clinician. Thanks team 💜🏳️‍🌈
