Leon has been a massive positive influence on my life in dealing with anxiety. He can relate on his own experiences to better communicate how you see the world and how you can change your lens. I like that the skills he speaks about are easy to implement in your daily life and he does not overwhelm you with quick fix plans. I feel the change in myself and I plan to spend more sessions with Leon going forward as I learn to live with mental health.

I am beyond grateful for the time Leon has spent with me. I honestly struggle to find the words to describe the depth and sincerity Leon has in our sessions. Not only is his very knowledgeable and realistic in his practice but he is relatable with no judgement or biased, which is where I struggled in the past. I really feel like he is helping me be happy again and helping me find the best version of who I deserve to be not only for me but for my child.
If I was able to give infinite stars as a rating, that wouldn't even be enough!

Leon is one of the most patient, positive, articulate and encouraging people I have ever met - all qualities that lend themselves extremely well to being a fantastic therapist. He’s someone who feels comfortable to talk to, even regarding sensitive topics, and someone who always has relevant and insightful advice to give. I couldn’t recommend Leon highly enough for anyone looking into receiving counselling or therapy for any issue!
