I have attended Lucia for a broad range of issues spanning over a period of 5 years. My journey with Lucia began hesitantly as it was my wife who booked the session and suggested we go, however after experiencing Lucia’s guidance and warmth I extended my sessions with Lucia to include individual counselling also, helping me tackle my own personal issues with ADHD, emotional regulation and reactivity, trauma informed energy, sex and other close relationships. I cannot thank her enough!

My partner and I have been seeing Lucia for the last six months, and it has been such an enlightening experience. I want to thank her for all the tools and support she provided us that not only helped us to connect on a deeper level as a couple, but also as a person. I have grown and learned a lot. She is an excellent therapist, and we are very grateful for each session.
