I've had the pleasure of seeing Jeff over a number of years, and he is undoubtably the best psychologist I've had. The tools and skills he's taught me have been paramount in helping get my life back on track. His sensibly placed humour always makes showing up to sessions a joy, even on harder days, and his commitment truly makes me feel valued as a patient.
