I came to Flex for a couple of appointments while visiting Melbourne from the UK - I was really struggling with bad sciatica and managed to get an appointment with the brilliant Carlee! She is such a fantastic physio and quickly understood what was going on with me, gave me loads of advice and exercises and helped me correct my form in pilates for the best results. I felt really heard and that I was in amazing hands with her knowledge and help - I can't recommend her enough!
