If you have been suffering from mental health or other disabilities for a while you have probably seen some really terrible "professionals", but Core Clarity is by far the best service I have received in my past 15 years of seeking help. It has quite literally been life changing.
Lauren is knowledgeable, kind and empathetic to your struggles while giving practical and useful strategies to implement into your every day life. I can see consistent improvement in my moods and general well-being since seeing Lauren and then also seeing Maddie the dietitian.
I genuinely can't thank them enough for the work they do and would recommend Core Clarity to anyone looking for an OT.
