They are cut snd past phsio I follow instructions and had major mussel tear and bleed back to hospital for 8 days . They did not adjust treatment for wrifht size strength these are cut and paste not recomme

I started seeing Lily, the Myotherapist at Remedy Metro 2 weeks ago. We've done 2 sessions together and she is amazing. I found her very switched on and incredibly knowledgeable. She has turned a very painful and tight lower back into something so minor and made a huge difference to the way I am feeling. Thank you Lily! I couldn't recommend her enough.
